Reasons to look past DSers

DSers is AliExpress’s official dropshipping partner and the most-reviewed app on this list. Basic is free for 3,000 products across 3 stores; Advanced is $19.90/mo and Pro $49.90/mo. It places orders with AliExpress, 1688 and Alibaba suppliers in bulk and syncs price, stock and tracking. It works with Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and several marketplaces.

The good reasons to look elsewhere are about scope, not quality:

• Your suppliers aren’t on AliExpress, 1688 or Alibaba. Amazon, Temu, Etsy, a brand’s own store or a local wholesaler are outside what DSers connects to.
• You need domestic shipping that China-based suppliers can’t offer.
• You want the listing written for your store. An agent’s job is the order; the product copy still comes from the supplier.

Its low-star reviews are a small share (58 one-star out of 6,337), and the recent ones cluster around billing: charges after cancelling a trial, a refused refund on an unused annual plan, and payment details requested straight after installing the free plan. A few mention support that only sends help articles, and sync bugs such as prices changing on their own.

Using DSers alongside another app

Switching isn’t always the answer. You can keep DSers for AliExpress products and use a second tool for everything else. If you do this, check two things before you start:

• Which app owns each product. Two apps syncing price or stock on the same product will overwrite each other. Give each product one owner.
• Whether your fulfilment app can connect to products it didn’t create. If you import with one app and fulfil with another, confirm the second can link a supplier to an existing product.
