What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?▾
Exactly the same features — yearly billing just saves you around 20% versus paying month-to-month. You can switch between monthly and yearly from your billing settings at any time.
What if I run out of imports mid-month?▾
Buy a one-time Booster Pack — credits stack with your plan balance and don't expire while your subscription is active. Or upgrade to a higher tier if you find you regularly need more headroom.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and any products you've already imported stay in your store permanently.
Do unused searches roll over?▾
Yes. Unused monthly searches roll over for as long as your subscription stays active. Booster Pack credits stack on top of that and also don't expire while you're subscribed.
Do you offer refunds?▾
Yes. If Product Upload hasn't worked for your store, email hello@productupload.co and we'll sort out a refund.
