How it works
From supplier page to BigCommerce, by CSV
BigCommerce connects through its own CSV import. There's no app to install.

Import in Product Upload
Paste a product, a category or a whole supplier site into the Product Upload web app.

Download the CSV
Choose Publish products, pick BigCommerce, and download the CSV.

Upload it to BigCommerce
In your BigCommerce admin, go to Products › Import and upload the file.

SEO keywords from the import fill BigCommerce's Search Keywords column.
Any supplier
AliExpress, Amazon, Alibaba, Temu, Etsy or a wholesaler's own site all produce the same clean rows.
Good to know
- There's no direct connection to BigCommerce yet, so you upload the CSV yourself.
- Page title and meta description columns are left empty. Add them in BigCommerce if you need them.
- Tracked variants start with a stock of 0, so set your quantities after the upload.

Can Product Upload power a BigCommerce dropshipping store?
Yes. BigCommerce is a solid platform for higher-volume dropshipping thanks to no transaction fees and native B2B features, but it has fewer plug-and-play dropshipping apps than Shopify. Product Upload fills that gap: import listings from AliExpress, Temu, DHgate or any supplier URL, then download them as a BigCommerce CSV with variants, prices and gallery images in the rows BigCommerce expects.
Can I use Product Upload to migrate to BigCommerce?
For the product-catalogue side, yes - and it's often the fastest part of a BigCommerce migration. Feed URLs from your existing Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, or Magento store into Product Upload and each listing comes out as BigCommerce CSV rows: one product row, a row per variant, then image rows. For customer and order history you'll still want a dedicated migration tool like Cart2Cart or LitExtension alongside it.
Does Product Upload publish directly to BigCommerce?
Not yet. BigCommerce works through a CSV: import products in Product Upload, choose Publish products and BigCommerce to download the CSV, then upload it in BigCommerce under Products → Import.
Will my variants and options import correctly?
Yes. Supplier variants become BigCommerce options with a variant row each, carrying its own SKU, price where the supplier gives one, and image. Stock is set to 0 for tracked variants, so set your quantities after the upload.
Does it work with B2B customer groups?
Imported products inherit the default pricing setup. If you're using BigCommerce B2B Edition with customer-group price lists, you'll set those up separately - Product Upload doesn't touch your existing pricing rules.
Will the imported descriptions be original?
Yes. Every title and description is AI-rewritten before publish - protecting your store from duplicate-content issues and giving each listing a unique pass for Google.
Can I bulk import a whole catalogue?
Yes. Queue multiple URLs or scan a supplier site to import in batches. Bulk import is included on every paid plan.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every new account gets 5 free imports with no credit card required - enough to test against your actual supplier URLs before committing.
